Hi, Deepak,

CED stand for Cathodic Electrodeposition, the prevalent direction that E-coating (E-painting, Electropainting, Electrophoretic lacquering) processes operate in today. They are used both as primer finishes (automotive frames) and as final decorative finishes (electrphoretic lacquering). "ABS Painting" probably refers to painting OF ABS plastics rather than painting WITH ABS.

For the rest, you might contact www.nasf.org and inquire about their "Understanding Surface Finishing" brochure. Small quantities are either free or available at a very nominal charge.
