What is the applied thickness of Manganese Phosphate per Mil-std-171?

I am a process engineer and have a hole in a part with a tight tolerance that needs to be held after plating. I need to know what the standard applied thickness of Manganese Phosphate per 5.3.1.3 of mil-std-171 type m Class 3 is so I can adjust the hole size larger by the amount of applied thickness per surface so when all is said and done the hole will be the right size and in tolerance.
