Blast Finish on Hard Chrome Plate

I would like to achieve a rough texture blast finish on a hard chrome plated surface. I need increase the friction between the housing and a rubber seal. I would like the hard chrome so I can replate the part to repair it when it goes below tolerance. I was not sure how to specify the finish note (#X Blast Finish?) and was not sure how easy it would be to roughen a hard chrome plate surface. The base metal is HRS.
