Chromium-free coating for galvanized metal

Dear Sir,
Chromate coating for hot dip galvanized steel is toxic and health hazardous. Is there any chromium-free coating for galvanized metal? What type of chemical solution do you suggest ?

Dear Lee,

There is a substitute chemical that can replace Hex-chrome for hot dip galvanizing passivation / quenching based on Trivalent passivation technology.

Just contact the chemicals suppliers in your region.

Best regards,
Tony
