Need Metal Samples for Testing as Per AMS 2460

I am looking for a supplier of the metal test specimens needed for AMS2460. Specifically, I am looking to purchase some 1" x 4" x 0.040" specimens and 3" x 10" x 0.040" specimens. I've been told that at least one plating group uses A1011 18 gauge hot rolled steel and would like to use that type or something similar.
