Powder clear on aluminium wheels shows impression of packaging material

We are doing powder clear application on the aluminium painted wheel and the wheels are being shipped to US from India. But, after receiving the wheels at US warehouse some of the wheels are seen with foam sheet impression which is placed on the wheel at packing stage.Wheels are placed in a container and travel in sea for 30 days. Please help with suggestions for eliminating the foam sheet impressions.

Dear Raju

Some powder coatings get stained if they are wrapped in plastic materials and get wet or put in damp environment at high temperatures. The plastic continuously keeps water or humidity in contact with the coating which at given temperatures absorbs part of it. If so, then you should try and reheat some pieces, the stains should dissolve.
