Electrobrightening and anodising of Aluminium

We are into manufacturing of pharma machinery . We are very much concerned about the finish on aluminium parts and aesthetics on machines. Of late we come across some aluminium parts surface are glittering . When enquired of the local vendor , he said it is electrobrightened before anodising. Normally we do not get such finish in soft anodising. In Mumbai not all vendors do electrobrightening, only they do anodising using sulfuric acid. There are different types of brightening , one is chemical and electro brightening , again anodising using SO4 and chromic acid is possible. Which combination will give a good bright finish.

Again to achieve such finish on bigger plate is a constraint with local vendors. Can you suggest what is brightening process and any other finish you can suggest as an alternate to electrobrightening. Please note that all our parts are machined.
