Peel-off test for reel to reel nickel & gold plating

Dear Sir,

I am monitoring reel to reel plating process as a quality guy my question is standard method of plating peel off test now I am using bent test or tape test but I don't know whether it is correct specification is CuSn6 thickness 0.8 max Nickel layer 1.5 to 5 microns Gold thickness 0.8 microns

I want to know the root cause of Gold plating peel off (Suspect list)
