Temperature Barrier Coating

Hi, I am running a workshop where various of coatings and surface finishing work is carried out. we do almost everything in Electroplating / Anodising / Powdercoating and Teflon coating. Biggest work carried by us was one job weighing 10 Tons and of size 4 mtrs.
We want some coating which can work as barrier against 1200 °C at least for few seconds, and the thickness of the coating should be minimum. We don't know any coating of this type.
Can anyone help us in suggesting strong Temp barrier coating along with the raw material source and the process / technology ?

Thermal barrier coatings consist of ceramics which are deposited by thermal plasma spray process. I suppose there people who could do it in Mumbai.
