Seven tank process

Hi I am working for a fabrication plant. We manufacture Transformer tank and Radiators. For Radiators we have 7 tank process. But it is done manually as in with the help of crane. We would like to introduce some automation in it. Any Idea how to automate 7 tank process for Radiators??
