Need a test run of Electroless Ni plating on 2 by 3 inch sample

Hi, I am looking for a test run to deposit Ni on our sample using electroless plating method. Our sample is a glass slice (2 by 3 inch)with Ni layer precoated on one side (0.05 um, as conductive layer). We have some photoresist pattern (1.5 µm thick)on top of the seed layer and would like to Electropless plate Ni (we expect around 1.0 um) onto the region where photoresist is absent with underneath Ni exposed.
