Is there a RoHS compliant yellow chromate for aluminum

I have a customer that who makes parts for aircraft and they currently use a compliant clear chromate but want yellow now and now they believe maybe that the processed parts with hex could fall within the limits and would like parts tested for this. Is this possible? Is anyone making a true compliant yellow that would meet the MIL- 5541?
