Using sand blasting plus 7-tank phosphatizing together

Can we do both processes (sand blasting & 7-tank) on one fabricated Job ? Is it good for preventing rust?

Good corrosion resistance is only achieved by a combination of the right pretreatment and finishing coat.
What are you trying to achieve? Why are you shot blasting?
Is there a top coat as you do not mention one in your post?
