Electroforming Oxygen-Free Copper

We are experimenting trying to produce oxygen free copper. We would like to get down to less than 5 ppm (parts per million) but so far have achieved between 8-10. There are a couple things we still have to try such as ultrasonics and oxygen free atmospheres. Is anyone aware of any commercially available additive solutions that may help that are specifically designed to eliminate oxygen?
