Standard corrosion resistance of chromate conversion coatings

I would like to know which website can I find for information about Hexavalent and Trivalent in White Rust/Red Rust hours, as I know there is an international standard stated as Hexa Blue WR24 hours, Hexa Yellow WR72 hours, Tri Blue WR 120 hours.....etc. Please advise, thanks.
