Looking to "repaint" restore the outside of a baking pan

Now I want to "repaint" and restore the old outside paint. The original was done with a powder paint, but the paint was destroyed due to heat involved in the tefloning process of about 850 degrees.

I am looking for a shop to restore the paint on an aluminum bake pan that I recently had new teflon coating on the inside.
