Need durable letters screen printed on powder coated metal surface

We have one object wherein we have to do letter printing (in red color) on powder coated (in white color) metal surface. At the same time these letter should not be easily removable. Can you suggest any process? Note that this product is used in outdoor application.

Hi, Vikas.

I think the principal thing to be concerned about for durability is that both the powder coating and the screen-printed paint be formulated for high UV resistance. Here is the consequence of white on red when they are not:
