Paint blisters on a cast iron component

Hi,
we are developing a product. its a grey iron component. after casting, we do machining, zinc plating in a chloride bath(trivalent) and then painting. We use two paints but similar systems. we paint the epoxy primer and then the top coat. After 3 days, we complete painting , we found paint blisters. we repeated the whole process with extra care and still left with same problem. forgot to tell you that we are using PU silver grey paint. I request you to give me a solution ASAP.
