Petroleum resistance of Cr3+ passivation

we are preparing components like pipe for petrol tank. which undergoes acid zinc plating followed by hexavalent chrome passivation. Now we are interested/ forced to replace the hexavalent chrome passivation to trivalent chrome passivation. Is the trivalent chrome passivation is petrol resistance. If not how to develop petrol resistance trivalent passivation?
