-----Polishing Copper Lanterns After Heat Treatment?
Hello
We Manufacture Outdoor Copper and Brass Lanterns. During the manufacture of these Lanterns We use heat to solder all the relevant joints. At the moment when the lanterns are made we use a buffing wheel to remove the heat marks on the copper. When this is done we have to hand polish all the lanterns before we lacquer them. This process is very time consuming and expensive. Is there any treatment like electro polishing, chemical treatment or ultrasound that I can use to replace the way that I clean them at the moment. Please help because my fingers are in a very bad way from polishing by hand with

You may want to look into peroxide based bright dips. They are done in an immersion process and will get to all the nooks and crannies of each piece. Check our website for info. Good luck.
