Non-Reflective UV Plating for Aluminum
I would like to know if there are any platings or coatings that can be applied to aluminum parts to prevent reflection of UV light.

There were some studies done a few years back by Gary Was at U. of Michigan on TiN coatings for windows. The data showed that TiN absorbs UV. The problem you will have is the deposition temperature. For wear applications, where the coating has to be very dense and hard, PVD platers usually deposit at 450 C. For your application, a thin, open structure might suffice, and this can be applied at low enough temperatures not to damage your aluminum substrate.
