Ceramic coating on pump shaft sleeve

I would like to get done ceramic coating on pump shaft sleeves (ss316) of 1.125" dia od & 1.25 dia od.The ceramic coating is to be done on a band of 20mm approx. where dynamic elastomers seats of mechanical seal.This will reduce the fretting of sleeve.I would like to know the name of party,who can do this job in Mumbai area.Total qty at present would be approx.50 nos.Let me know also the cost per each.
The basic requirements are
1.Wear resistance
2.Chemical resistance
3.Thk. of sleeve is 2.5mm. Coating thk. can be 0.1 to 0.2 mm.
4.It should not pill off.
