Shelf life of epoxy powder

sir
we have a big amount of epoxy hybrid resin powder and the production date was may 2009, when spraying the powder and cure it after doing the impact test after 2 hours of curing it did not passed mean while when doing anther fresh powder produced in june 2010 it passed successfully, we checked all the affecting parameters
we have 2 choice
1- to sell this powder as a scrap
2- try to operate it
do you have any recommendations
by the way it is a black powder and when we elevate the curing condition it did not passed
