Anodising coloring problem especially electrolytic light brown...




we have big problem electrolytic coloring brown bath. we don't fix same colour. some of them getting greenish, some them milky brown. so, we don't fix same color .is there problem anodising bath or coloring bath or what else?

Factors are uniform chemistry but analysis of primary materials and tramp impurities, temperature, voltage amperage and time. If they are all correct the product should come out nearly identical.
This assumes that the anodize step is identical or the coloring step will be different.
