Replacing corroded black pipe outdoor gas line

I'm looking to replace an old corroded 3/4" gas black pipe line that leaves the basement, travels 20' through a metal pipe under and through a concrete deck, emerges at the far end of the deck, and runs along the face of the deck 18' to a barbecue. Since the metal conduit pipe/sleeve is already in the concrete, seems to me I can no longer use black pipe through that pipe, as standards now require a plastic sleeve. What do I use to replace the 20' run through the metal pipe inside the concrete? And then what do I use when I emerge at the far end to run on the facing of the deck the next 20' to the barbecue?

Hopefully there is enough space inside the steel tube to inner sleeve it with a pvc tube. just push it right through the steel and emerge on the other side. Most times the steel pipe is oversized enough to do this and still get the gas line through.
