Would like to find out the typical annealing temperature for Silver Plating (brightener added)? And, will also need to find out at around 250~350 deg C of temperature treatment (like 2-10 minutes), will the silver plating experience recrystallization and recovery that will reduce the hardness?

Typical annealing temp for Ag plating is ~120 deg C for 2-4 hours. At around 250-350 deg C, Ag may recrystallize a bit and reduce its hardness slightly. However, 2-10 mins shouldn't have significant impact on hardness.
