Silver plated copper failing salt spray test

hi sir
copper contact 2 mm thick silver plated is getting failed in the salt
some problem. can you please suggest me some check point and parameters.

Dear Shashi Kant Joshi,

silver plating is mainly for connectors/conductor, not for corrosion resistance.

Silver plating parts are not recommended for salt spray testing.

can I know the reason, why you are testing the salt spray for silver plating parts?
