Hard Chrome Plating of Pistol Bore

Dear Sirs

I want to Hard Chrome Barrel bore which is 7.62 x 25 Tokerav TT-Pistol How can I do this Please advise me.

You need an auxiliary anode inside the bore. There are some limitations and trade secrets to do it right but even so, the obtained plate will not be uniform in thickness. That is just one of the reasons why electroless nickel has become so popular for that particular application.
