Stripping Molybdenum Disulfide Coating for heat treating

The Fasteners base raw material treated with Molybdenum disulfide coatings to avoid the corrosion. Wherein as a commercial heat treater after the Hardening and Tempering the microstructure found formation of delta ferrite due to this coat. We have tried by pre-heating the parts at 450 °C, the residuals are sticking to the parts and not cleaned properly. Can you please provide your guide lines how to strip the coating to over come with the problem.
