please tell me the proper name of phosphoric acid chromic acid solution used in stripping hard anodize without removing any aluminum material

I have never heard of a name for it. I seriously doubt if you can buy it premade from anybody other than a shade tree solutions shop.
You can get the makeup formula at this site by using the search engine. If you do not have a copy of the
Metal Finishing Guidebook, I would certainly get one. It has pages of formulas for solutions and testing.

You may register it as "Special Heatherly hard anodize stripper"
(just kidding).
Every chemical substance has its technical, chemical or commercial name and CASS No., but there are no formal names for mixtures unless someone registers them as a trademark.
