Hi, Venkatash. Which is a better vehicle, a Ferrari or a Mack truck. Is it better to travel by rail or by ship?

Unfortunately, there are no answers to such questions until you spell out your requirements. Is the wire for jewelry or for electronics? What is the diameter? What is the needed line speed? Will tin whiskers be a problem? Will the wire be soldered? How important is aesthetic appearance? Will the tinned wire be involved with food processing? The reason that both methods are very widely available is that one is better in some instances, and the other is better in other instances.

Please get back to us with some of those parameters and we'll give it a go. Good luck!
