Is salt spray the best method to check it........

A. Hi, Shashi. Sorry, but it's not clear what you are trying to test or why. Is this an electrical contact, or a piece of jewelry, or a length of bus bar? Testing is not some arbitrary thing, divorced from reality, but rather it is an attempt to predict how an actual component will function in service. We don't yet know either the component or the service conditions :-)
