Dip dyes for solvent lacquer

We are a metal finishing company looking for a low cost gold effect. We have vacuum plating plant in house for silver finishes. We now want to produce a gold finish by dipping the lacquered work into a dye. Can somebody tell me the solution formula for this so I can make it.Or where to buy ready made solutions.
