Differentiating between HDG and SB?

Hello Sir,

I am working in a Galvanizing Co. as an Procurement Officer.
I Need some small clarification, what is the difference between Hot Dip Galvanizing & Sand Blasting.
And what type of machine is required for this process.

Hi, Rupesh. Working in a galvanizing company as you do, you probably could learn more from a 15-minute plant tour than from an afternoon on the internet . . . but sand blasting means to propel sand at a metal surface, usually in order to remove mill scale, heavy rust, or paint. Such a system could range from very tiny, where you hand hold small objects for blasting, to room size for blasting large sheets. Good luck.
