Recovering the zinc from zinc dross

We have 100 metric tons of zinc dross. In the zinc dross is 40% zinc and 5% copper, but we don't know how to recover the zinc from the dross (ash).
Which chemical can we use for that ?
What is the process for that.

Zn is volatile element . so it can be recovered by vapour condensation method .
