Microwave HotPot fusing oven

April 21, 2010

This is a little oven to smelt glass in a microwave oven. On the inside of the top part is a black coating. This coating is used to cumulate heat. In my case this coating is damaged .
I would like to know of what this coating is made. It has to be able to withstand high temperatures and let through the microwaves.
I have used fireplace kit, but that doesn't work well in a microwave.
Any idea?
