Hi, Solomon. Step 1 is to get an MSDS from Hoover & Strong. Plating solutions can contain cyanide or otherwise be dangerous. The general procedure is to clean the silver to a waterbreak-free surface, acid activate it, rinse well (never mix acid with cyanide!), then electroplate with a DC rectifier and platinum coated anodes, or a brush-plating stylus. (Sorry, I don't know whether this solution is designed for tank plating or brush plating).
There are whole books just about gold plating, but your local library should have one or more general electroplating texts. Good luck.
