First, it depends on which properties you are talking about.
Second, it depends on how it was quenched.
Third, it depends on the time and temperature that the "draw" was done at.
Check the technical library for books on heat treating for the entire story. They should have the appropriate volume of ASM for heat treating as well as other specific books.
