-----Nonaqueous Plating of Si, W, Ti ?
For a research project I would like to plate silicon, tungsten or titanium coatings. Is there a nonaqueous plating process for any of these metals? I would be interested in companies providing these coating services or a description of the process (e.g. a journal paper).

Plasma PVD processes are best suited for these coatings. A casual search on the web will result in lot of information.
