Blackening or Phosphating of injection mold plates? [Thailand]

I want to do blackening or Phosphating on Injection Mold plates to avoid rust -- Material Orvar supreme.
Can you suggest what process is the best to avoid rust on plates without any dimensional distortion?

Neither. If you need to avoid rust, plate them with electroless nickel. Excellent, uniform and affordable.
