Hi, Sridharan. There are consulting engineers whose only business is designing metal finishing equipment, other consultants whose only business is the chemical operating parameters for such lines, and other consultants whose only job is guiding you through the maze of regulations that apply. What I'm saying is that it is impossible for anyone to guide you through such complexity via an internet forum.

You might start by joining the Indian Association of Metal Finishers, getting hold of a few of the must-have metal finishing books, and getting some advise from the licensor of Tufram. But if there is any hurry to get started, I think you'll need to retain a consultant. Best of luck.
