How much thickness is required of tin plating on copper busbar

We are doing tin plating for the Copper busbar, I want to know what should be the thickness of tinning on it.

The thickness would depend on the end use of the busbar. I can tell you that 5-10 micron thickness is the norm, but choosing a thickness in this window may be too little or too much. Doesn't your customer give you a spec?
