Need SSPC or NACE-qualified inspection service

I'm looking for an inspector in or around Knoxville, TN that can perform ASTM D3359. The inspector needs to be qualified through either SSPC or NACE.

A. Hi Jacob. The best place to see their schedules starts at https://www.nace.org/cstm/Education/Courses/CourseSchedule.aspx
It looks like there is a technologist course in Lagos in October, but there are many other classes in other locations. Good luck.
