Iriditing Quiet Aluminum

Dear Sir,

How do you Iridite QUIET aluminum without staining it. Thank you in advance for your response.

Clarify please? I've never heard of "quiet aluminum". Maybe I'm missing something in a translation, or it's product specific, but that term escapes me. Anyone care to expand on this for me and this guy?

Would quiet perhaps be pre-anodized aluminum of some sort? Where the finish is unsealed and therefore susceptible to accepting a chromate?

Try Alodine 1000.

BTW, what's a "quiet aluminum"?
