Remove clear coat from the head light lens

I need to remove clear coat from the head light lens of my car it left a dull finish. I have tried acetone [on eBay or Amazon], lacquer thinner [on eBay or Amazon], paint remover.

Most late model headlight lenses are plastic, not glass, Carlo. I'd probably be surprised if they could survive acetone, lacquer thinner [on eBay or Amazon], and paint remover without being damaged by them and leaving a dull finish. Sorry.
