Hi, Vikneswaran. Although it is theoretically possible to dig a foundation for a skyscraper with a teaspoon, it would take lifetimes. That is what you are trying to do when you attempt to put a mirror polish on rough and stained metal with a commercial metal polish.
You need powered polishing wheels and buffing wheels and a whole sequence starting with aggressive abrasives and finishing with extremely fine ones. Please start with letter 45366, and if that is not quite sufficient, search this site for "mirror polish stainless". Good luck.
