Streaks in aluminium 6063 anodizing

Hi,
I am an associate working on an anodizing project. We have had problems with formation of streaks on natural and electro-colored anodized extrusions. These streaks are not visible on mill finished products and they seem to be common among some specific sections. I would like to know what normally causes these streaks to form for we would like to eliminate them.
