Fire Rating on Powder Coating

I am a systems integrator and I install equipment enclosures in correctional facilities. The equipment enclosures are often "powder coated". Since these equipment enclosures are being installed in inmate housing units I was wondering what the flame resistance is on a 14 gauge steel enclosure that is powder coated with a Thermoset powder coating. Are there any fire standards or fire ratings for Thermoset powder coating?

If these are fire resistant (doesn't sound like they are) there should be a rating on the enclosure. The rating probably wouldn't break down each system used in the construction of the cabinet, but who knows. Who ever is asking you for the rating on the coating alone probably doesn't understand what he is asking for.
