Reference book about Ni, Pd, Au and Ag plating on copper substrate

Hi,

I just get into electroplating industry last month. Since I do not have much experience from my previous job, I wish to find to suitable reference for my study in understanding all the basic of Ni, Pd, Au and Ag plating especially in chemical aspect and plating process optimization (for instance the importance of every single chemical in NiPdAuAg bath, effect of current density etc..).

Very much appreciate that.
