it would be benificial,if you attach a picture(to know the geometry) , along with details of material and thickness of ENP

Edge pullback comes from cadmium and lead.

Do everything in your power to reduce plating rate like low concentration, low PH, low Temp, low air agitation.
These steps are specially important for the first MTO
